IBICOR LTD with a registered office at 7 Spatharikou Str., Office 201, CY-2323 Lakatamia, Nicosia, Cyprus, (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, “us”, “we”, and “our”) collects from individual users (hereinafter referred to as “you” and “your”) personal data through our website at https://ibicor.com and corresponding subdomains (https://*.ibicor.com) such as https://shop.ibicor.com, and https://blog.ibicor.com (hereinafter referred to as the “website”). The Company acts as the entity responsible for collecting and processing your personal data (i.e. the data controller).
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When you create an account on the website we collect personal data relating to:
Your full name, display name, password, e-mail address, shipping and billing addresses, company name if applicable, and phone number.
The requested personal data is mandatory in order for us to be able to process your purchase order, and for you to be able to write verified owner reviews and comments for products you have purchased, otherwise you may not be able to use the full functionality of the website.
We may use Third Party Payment Processors such as Viva Wallet in order for your credit card information to be processed. All Payment Data is processed and stored by our Third Party Payment Processors during the checkout process. We will never ask for your credit or debit card number by phone or in any other written form.
If a person under the age of 18 creates an account on our website without prior consent from a parent or legal guardian, the parent or legal guardian may request the closure of such account and removal of all personal data collected.
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
